Send your first quote
Build a quote from your rate card, send a link, and let the client accept it online.
- Open Quotes and press New quote.
- Choose the client and whether it's a one-time job or a monthly package.
- Use + and − on your services. The total updates as you go.
- For one-time jobs, set how they pay, for example 50% to book and 50% on delivery.
- Press Send to client. Send the link, or download the PDF and send it yourself.
- When the client accepts, Kanvo sets up the project or package for you.

You can see when the client opened the link.
