Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. Upgrade only when you need more.
How do I pay for Pro or Max?
During early access, plans are switched on by hand. Sign up, then ask for Pro or Max from Settings, or email hello@getkanvo.com. Online payment is coming later.
How do teams work?
Sign up as a startup or team, then invite people by email from the Team screen. Everyone works on the same clients and projects and can talk in the team chat. The plan of the team owner sets how many people can join.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Your data stays as it is; only the limits change.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. Kanvo tells you when you reach a limit, such as the 3-client limit on Free, and you can upgrade to add more.
