Plan a post
Add a post with its images, caption, hashtags, platform and date.
- Open Calendar and press New post, or tap a day.
- Choose the client, date, platform and format, such as post, reel or story.
- Add images, the caption and hashtags.
- Save hashtags you reuse as a set for that client.
- Set the status: idea, drafted, sent for approval, approved or posted.
Good to know
When you mark a post Posted, it counts toward the client's monthly package.
